How Use
Apply after a warm bath or shower, when your skin and womb space are most receptive.
Pour a small amount of oil into your hands and gently warm it between your palms.
As you do, chant or speak your intention aloud—for example:
“I release all parasitic blockages. I welcome flow, fertility, and freedom.”
This activates the oil with your energy and desire.
Using clockwise circular motions, massage the oil into your:
Lower belly (just below the navel)
Womb space (center of the pelvis)
Hips and inner thighs
This direction follows the natural flow of digestion and energy in the body.
Spend 3–7 minutes massaging the area just below your navel—your pelvic bowl, the energetic center of creation, intuition, and feminine wisdom. You may continue to chant during this time, allowing your words to deepen the connection between your body and your intention.
Optional: use with a castor oil pack or warm compress for deeper penetration
Do not use during menstruation, when the womb is in its natural release phase.
